MAIL and PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: When shipping to any country
outside the US our website uses an estimate based on
the total value of the order and/or weight. In most cases it is very
accurate, however, we will always review the order and calculate the actual
cost. If the charges are higher we will notify you and request your
approval BEFORE we ship your order. If the charges are less we will simply
adjust the amount down.
Different countries impose different import fees and
taxes. We do not include these in our freight quote and any such charges
are your responsibility. Please check with your government or postal system
in advance if this is a concern for you.
Orders usually ship via Express Mail with
delivery times usually between 4 and 7 days depending on the location.
Please try to keep the items small. It is not practical to ship large items
(pet stairs, strollers, beds, closets) outside the US.
