Small: Up to 18 lbs. - 15" W x 19" D x 17" H
Medium: Up to 25 lbs. - 22" W x 19" D x 17" H
Large: 1 or multiple pets up to 34 lbs. total - 30" W x 19" D x 17" H

A: The small Lookout is rated for dogs up to 18 pounds. Sizes and shapes of dogs vary, but this should work well for two 4-pound dogs. Note, it only comes with one tether strap. Additional straps are available (#412175)
