"WILL THIS FIT MY DOG?" We get this question all the time and the best answer is "there's no way for us to know without having your dog here." Using the measurements listed and measuring your dog is the next best way. We offer a 'Free Exchange' program on certain items for this reason - see Ready Returns for details.

Q: When our 22 lb dog steps on this, does it squish down or is it pretty hard under her 22 lb. weight? She will be firghtened if it's soft. Thanks.

A: The foam is pretty firm, but there's no way for us to know if your dog will approve of it or not, and these are very expensive to return due to the large size. Ramps and scalloped ramps may be a better match for dogs who are apprehensive. Regardless of the type diligent training usually overcomes most dog's fear of new ramps or stairs.

Q: You don't show the height of your step. I'm guessing 20" since you said 4' steps, but I need exact measurements as they're not listed here.
