The dog car VestHarness™ is made with durable nylon and fully lined with soft faux fur so their ride in the car is enjoyable and safe. Double safety buckles at the girth make for easy entry and lots of adjustability. Nylon loop down the back for seat belt attachment.
Also includes a D-Ring for Lookout Car Seat strap, or any other tether restraint. Please remember never to restrain your pets in a moving vehicle by attaching anything to their collar.
Monogram available. White or Hot Pink thread with up to 8 characters. Please allow up to one week extra delivery time for personalized orders, and be certain of the size. Once monogrammed there are no returns or exchanges. If you need help with sizing please call prior to monogramming.

Q: Does one have to have a separate/ different harness for a car seat? Is this a step in harness or over the head?

A: Car harnesses are designed differently. They tether lower on the back for safety reasons in a sudden stop or accident to better protect the spine. This design slips over the head and buckles around the body.

Q: I want to buy this product but I am unsure how to fasten the harness to the seatbelt? Can you show a picture or video of which part goes on which part of the seat belt. Or explain? Thank!

A: There is a video on item #214573 (vented car harness) which shows how they attach. You use a tether strap from the seat belt to the harness.
