Q: What is the difference between the refrigerated formula and the non-refrigerated?
Why is there a powder and liquid?

A: Eye Envy's proprietary formula started as a refrigerated version and many users still prefer this product. Through the years they were able to develop a non-refrigerated version using a different formula. It's still a natural product and works very well.
The specially formulated powder is used after the liquid is applied and it absorbs excess liquid and helps pull out the stains, dries them up, and flakes away. It works great!
