Q: Is there any difference in the refrigerated and the non-refrigerated? I have used both of them and it seems the non-refrigerated doesn't work as good. Is there anything you can do to make sure that the pads don't all stick together if they get wet? I've seen a product that has a small piece of wax paper in between each piece of pads.

A: There is a difference between the formulas. If the refrigerated version works best you may want to use that one most of time and save the non-refrigerated version for traveling, etc.
If you pre-soak all the pads in the refrigerator they would have a tendency to stick together. Another option would be to only apply the liquid on each pad individually right before use.
