Q: I am trying to decide which of the Eye Envy solutions to try. I want the safest and most non irritating. Why is one to be refrigerated and the other is the non-refrigeration needed. I couldn't find a list of ingredients for them. Also, of course, whichever one I buy I want it to have a long shelf life left and be as fresh as possible. Thank you for you time.

A: They are both safe. The refrigerator version is the original product. It took years to develop the non-fridge version to meet Eye Envy's strict standards. They do not disclose the formula.

Q: I would like to try a tear stain product. I have a chemical sensitivity that I have to deal with. I use only unscented organic shampoo on my dog due to my allergies. Do you have anything that will work for her without complicating my situation?

A: I certainly can't say for certain what won't complicate your situation, but of all the tear stain treatments to try, Eye Envy and Eyemunity (by HappyTails) would be at the top of the list for all natural ingredients.
