Q: I don't quote understand how the letters are adapted with a tab and snap, please can you clarify and how secure are these tabs?
Answered by GWL, February 20, 2013 at 12:28:50 PM EST.
A: The letters slide on a narrow strip of material. Once the letters are in place the strip attaches to the collar by pushing each end over a raised ball on the collar. It's held on similar to a button on a shirt.

Q: How heavy do the paw charms and letters make the collar and width of charms and letters?
Answered by GWL, May 10, 2013 at 03:24:37 PM EDT.
A: Sorry it's hard to elaborate much on your questions. The weight depends on how many you add. The more you add the heavier it will become, although they do not weigh very much at all. The width of the charms and letters depends on which one you choose. The letter "I" is much less wide than "A". The widths will vary between 3/8 and 5/8 of an inch.
