"WILL THIS FIT MY DOG?" We get this question all the time and the best answer is "there's no way for us to know without having your dog here." Using the measurements listed and measuring your dog is the next best way. We offer a 'Free Exchange' program on certain items for this reason - see Ready Returns for details.

Q: I am not sure what size to order. I have a 9 pound bichon/toy poodle mix dog. I am wondering if the small size would be too small or if I should go with the medium size? I would appreciate any feedback you may have. Thank you.

A: There's no way for us to know which size you would feel more comfortable with. It's best to get out a tape measure and size up the dimensions around your dog. Larger sizes offer more room for the dog, but less for passengers or other uses. So be sure to measure out an area in your car as well for the best fit.

Q: Our concern is the nylon mesh one of our dogs tore up the mesh of another carrier. Is there a hard plastic model that has the side and front doors like this model?
