Bergan designed these auto harnesses to meet V9DT B2900.1 Pet Safety Durability Test standards.
Each harness comes with its own tether strap with quick release carabiners. Fitting your dog is easy with the cleverly designed straps which flow through the entire harness for a snug fit. Q: Will this harness fit a dog that has a thirteen inch girth? Can the straps be adjusted for the neck and girth? We have two Yorkies weighting four and a six pounds.

A: The "flow through" design of the straps allows you to custom fit the neck and chest areas to the most comfortable position, then cut off any excess strap. This may work for your 6 pound Yorkie, but will most likely be too big for a 4 pound dog (see #212960).

A: Yes, the tether attaches on top. Dogs should be able to lay on their belly as well as their sides.
