St Francis charm

On the website the St Francis charm looks like the one I currently own and wanted to replace, when the charm arrived it was much smaller than the one I have. It did state on the website that the diameter is 3/4 inch. So It is my mistake and I understand that, but when I called to try to find the same charm in the larger size I was told that they did not have contact with the distributer of the charm did not know if there was a larger size available. I just thought that they could have tried to help a little to find the charm or give me any idea on who to contact. Other than that they did a good job of getting my order filled quickly.
