Great product, even better customer service

We special ordered the chocolate with gold paws and Swarovski crystal accents. Imagine my disappointment when it arrived a there where no Swarovski crystal accents. A follow up call to GW Little customer service revealed that there was a copy error. GW Little immediately offered to refund or exchange the purchase. We settled on another rendition of Susan Lanci designed Tinki harmess as a satisfactory replacement.
About ten minutes after speaking with the gal at GW Little customer service line our phone rings and it is the same gal at GW Little we had spoken to earlier. To our total surprise she had called Susan Lanci, explained the problem and our disappointment with the original harness order. Ms. Lanci offered to make a replacement harness to our order with the Swarovski crystal accents.
A top notch effort to insure customer satisfaction on the part of GW Little staff and Ms. Lanci.
