Size and position of laser engraving may vary depending on the number of characters. Small tags over 10 characters will have the Madison font only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery when personalized. (Once ordered, personalized tags may not be returned or exchanged).
Special Orders:Custom order items are "made-to-order" in the USA. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment and may arrive separately. No returns or exchanges on custom pieces please. If you are uncertain of a size or style please order an in-stock item or contact us first. You will not be charged additional freight for the exchange when you use our Ready-Returns program to order a custom piece.
