Premium quality dog rain coat for windy and wet weather. Let's see, that would be places like Seattle, Vancouver, Chicago, Buffalo, New York City, England, Scotland, to name a few. Designed in Iceland where they know how to brave the elements and enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather.

Lined with mesh to prevent matting, which is great for dogs with long fur. The hood is attached with buttons so it can be removed if not needed. Underneath the hood is a collar which can be rolled up or down for added protection, or fashion. Includes a reinforced hole for your dog's leash to their collar. Black version includes reflective piping for night safety.

Also features a drawstring both in the hood and around the base. Sleeves are long with black nylon cuffs, and smooth-lined for easy on. The belly is cut high for, well, you know why.

It would be a 5 however the garment is so short, My crestie is 13" long 14" chest, 8" neck these are exact tight measurements.
This item should go longer to fit over the back of the body. My gal is naked so now unless she has matching pants her rear will be wet and cold.
