Phoebe loves her new carseat, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size harness. I should have gotten extra small. Is there a way I can return the small one and get her the extra small?

Hi, last we where looking for a good car seat for our Chihuahua Tosca.
In the Netherlands you can't find this kind of car seat. Well we have it know for a week, and Tosca sits very safe and high in our car. She now a princes dog in the Netherlands.
