Most small items can be gift wrapped and personalized for that very special person or occasion. This service is not available for large or bulky items, and a few items that may be shipped directly from the manufacturer (F/O = Factory Order). memorable moment. Select any denomination in multiples of $5 and we'll
include the latest catalog, and a link to our website for their
shopping pleasure.
Electronic Gift Certificates are available for immediate delivery via
e-mail. Returns - ExchangesPurchases from G.W. Little are guaranteed for quality and
craftsmanship up to one year. If you are not satisfied with any item (excluding Rack
and Outlet Store items), return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase
price. All sales are final for Rack and Outlet Store items. Sometimes, returns may be
subject up to a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion, and it really depends on the condition of the item(s). Merchandise should be in
its original resalable condition.
* * Monogrammed items may not be returned, so please be certain of the size before ordering. * * F/O (Factory Order) items require special handling and may be charged a restocking fee up to 20%. PLEASE call Customer Care at 1-866-GW-LITTLE or contact us before returning any Factory Order (F/O) items.
READY-RETURNS provides a
prepaid UPS return label where we charge you the actual freight after we receive and process the return or exchange. In some cases return shipping may be more than the original shipping charged since we often discount our shipping to be competitive. Return shipping by individual customers can be quite expensive for large or heavy items, therefore we offer our discounted UPS shipping rates through prepaid return labels. For estimates, or questions, please contact us. Many returns or exchanges may be free if they qualify for the RIGHT-SIZE SHIPPING PROMISE, using our READY RETURNS program which includes: non-special-order clothing, harnesses, belly bands, and collars shipped to/from addresses within the 48 lower United States, and one free exchange shipment per order. All other items being returned or exchanged are not part of this shipping offer and will be billed actual return shipping charges. Options to avoid Return/Exchange Shipping Costs with our Right-Size Promise: If you are not certain of the size you should order for clothing, harnesses, belly bands, or collars, you have a few options to avoid paying additional freight. You may purchase multiple sizes up front and return what doesn't fit - we'll prepay the freight when you use our READY RETURNS (please make sure they are in the same new condition). Or, if you purchase one size and need to exchange it once, we'll prepay the freight when you use our READY RETURNS to get you the right size. If you are considering a custom order, or special order item, you may wish to take advantage of our Right-Size Promise and buy a similar non-custom piece in the same size and test for fit. Once you know the right size, return the item using our READY RETURNS program, and request the exchange for your custom item - Now that's Service!
