Most small items can be gift wrapped and personalized for that very special person or occasion. This service is not available for large or bulky items, and a few items that may be shipped directly from the manufacturer (F/O = Factory Order).
Let that someone special select what's right for them! Choose a G.W. Little Gift Certificate and we will deliver to that someone special a very memorable moment. Select any denomination in multiples of $5 and we'll include the latest catalog, and a link to our website for their shopping pleasure. Electronic Gift Certificates are available for immediate delivery via e-mail.
Purchases from G.W. Little are guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship up to one year. If you are not satisfied with any item (excluding Rack and Outlet Store items), return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Merchandise returned after 30 days may be issued a store credit. All sales are final for Rack and Outlet Store items. Sometimes, returns may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion, and it really depends on the condition of the item(s). Merchandise should be in its original resalable condition, free from pet hair, and no spots on belly bands for sanitary reasons.
* * Monogrammed items may not be returned, so please be certain of the size/options before ordering.
* * F/O (Factory Order) items are usually large and bulky, require special handling and may be charged a restocking fee up to 30% by the factories. PLEASE call Customer Care at 1-866-GW-LITTLE or contact us before returning any Factory Order (F/O) items.
READY-RETURNS provides a convenient pre-paid return label where we deduct the shipping after we receive and process the return or exchange. In some cases return shipping may be more than the original shipping charged since we often discount our shipping to be competitive. For estimates or questions, please contact us.
Certain returns or exchanges may be free if they qualify for the RIGHT-SIZE SHIPPING PROMISE, using our READY RETURNS program.
Suggestions: If you are not certain of the size for clothing, harnesses, belly bands, or collars, you have a few options to avoid paying additional shipping. Purchase multiple sizes up front and return what doesn't fit for free using our pre-paid return mailer. See Right-Size Promise for details. If you are considering a custom order, or special order item, we encourage you to take advantage of our Right-Size Promise by buying a similar non-custom piece from the same designer in the same size and test for fit. Once you know the right size, return the item for free and request the exchange for your custom item - Now that's Service!
