Need to Send A Purchase Back to Us? No Problem.
We include an easy to use Return Form with every order. Use the pre-addressed label to attach to your return envelope or box. Let us know what you'd like us to do. We guarantee your satisfaction, if you're not completely happy, return your item within 30 days of your order.
To return or exchange an item, please repack the item in its original packaging. Returned items should be in sellable condition free from pet hair or damage. Custom ordered items (including custom monogramming) may not be returned without pre-approval. Place all items in sturdy approved shipping containers and provide adequate padding and insurance for your protection (UPS automatically insures contents up to the first $100 for no additional cost). All return shipping charges should be pre-paid.
EXCHANGES: Dogs come in more shapes and sizes than any other animal on the planet. That’s why we strongly recommend measuring your dog accurately before making your size selection. Our agents are always ready to assist toll-free
1-866-GW-LITTL. Should you need to exchange an item we do not charge the full amount for shipping and handling to send the new size. For clothing the charge is a nominal $6 and it goes up from there for larger items. Please call for a quote and we’ll do our best to help you with processing any exchanges. There will be no return shipping charge if we sent the wrong item or it is damaged.
My Purchase Arrived Damaged
If an item arrived damaged please maintain all packaging materials and the shipping container. Notify our Help Desk by calling 1-866-495-4885, emailing to cs@gwlittle.com, or writing to us at the address listed above with a detailed description of the damage. We will take the proper steps to make sure you receive a replacement without delay.
