Gift Wrap
Most items can be gift wrapped and personalized for that very special person or occasion. This service is not available for large or bulky items, and a few items that may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Returns
Anything you purchase from G.W. Little is guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with any item (excluding Rack items), return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. All sales are final for Rack and closeout items. Any return may be subject to 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Merchandise should be in its original resalable condition. You will receive instructions with your order how to return items to us should the need arise.

Exchanges
Dogs come in more shapes and sizes than any other animal on the planet. That’s why we strongly recommend measuring your dog accurately before making your size selection. Our agents are always ready to assist toll-free 1-866-GW-LITTLE. Should you need to exchange an item we do not charge the full amount for shipping and handling to send the new size. For clothing the charge is a nominal $6 and it goes up from there for larger items. Please call for a quote and we’ll do our best to help you with processing any exchanges. There will be no return shipping charge for you if we sent the wrong item or it is damaged.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right not to honor typographical errors as they do happen occasionally. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Coupons: Multiple coupons are allowed, however, they are not compounded. When applying coupons during checkout you will receive the larger discount of any coupon, sale price, or Pet Fashion Club price.
