destination zip code and choose the option which best meets your
requirements for delivery. Factory Ordered (F/O) items are calculated from their
shipping location. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-hours from
our warehouse in California.

Mail is preferred for orders up to 1 pound, or up to 3 pounds
when close to Simi Valley, CA. For most other shipments UPS or FEDEX are a better value. To save on freight
you may wish to have the order shipped to your office, or other Commercial
location. (Choosing commercial for deliveries to a Residential address will result in additional charges being added through
a post-delivery adjustment).
E xpedited Shipping. Please use the "Shipping
Calculator" in your Shopping Cart to select your preferred method of
delivery. ALL EXPEDITED RATES ARE ESTIMATES. Actual rates may vary depending on the dimensional weight. If the cost is higher we will contact you for approval before shipping. If the cost is lower we will adjust your freight down. Factory direct and monogram items may not be available for
expedited shipping. Expedited orders receive priority status and must be
received by 3:00 PM Pacific time to leave the same day. Saturday
delivery requires special arrangements through our Customer Support
Center, toll-free at 1-866-GW-LITTLE
(495-4885).
F/O = Factory
Order - Ships directly from the factory. Please allow
extra delivery time. We cannot offer gift wrap or expedited delivery on
these items. Shipments outside the US are very limited. Please contact
us first for confirmation.

items require special handling and are charged a restocking fee up
to 20%. PLEASE call Customer Care at 1-866-GW-LITTLE
before returning any F/O items.
We ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico via Airmail, usually in 6-8 business days. Costs vary
according to the weight and size of your order. International orders require
additional charges and may be arranged in advance by contacting us via
e-mail at cs@gwlittle.com, or FAX
at 1-805-496-5840, to obtain a quote. Shipments will be insured and
traceable for updates.
** Due to the high cost of
shipping outside of the 48-contiguous states, FREE
FREIGHT offers are excluded to these regions.
First time orders shipped to another address with a suite number or
apartment may experience a slight delay due to fraudulent best-practice
verification procedures.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When shipping to any country outside
the US this website uses an estimate only based on the total value and weight of the
order. In most cases it is very accurate, however, we will always review
the order and calculate the actual cost. If the charges are higher we
will notify you and request your approval BEFORE we ship your order. If
the charges are less we will adjust the amount down.
Different countries impose different import fees
and taxes. We do not include these in our freight quote and any such
charges are your responsibility. Please check with your government
or postal system in advance if this is a concern for you.
Orders usually ship via Priority Mail with
delivery times usually between 4 and 7 days depending on the
location. Please try to keep the items small. It is not practical to ship
large items (pet stairs, strollers, beds) outside the US.
Free Shipping specials do not
include shipments outside the 48-Contiguous States.
EXCHANGES: Dogs come in more shapes and sizes than any other
animal on the planet. That’s why we strongly recommend measuring
your dog accurately before making your size selection. Our agents are
always ready to assist toll-free 1-866-GW-LITTLE. Should you need to
exchange an item we do not charge the full amount for shipping and
handling to send the new size. For clothing, belly bands, harnesses, and collars
please refer to our Right-Size Promise for free shipping. There
will be no return shipping charge if we sent the wrong item or it is
damaged.
